*** Update on the Tree Removal in the Condo Area ***

Good Day to ALL..

This is an update from the Condo Board on the start of the tree removal project for the Condo areas. This does not affect the Street Oaks throughout the Community.. Those street Oaks are a separate project by the HOA and we do not have a start date for that project at this time. I included the entire Community in this posting / email just to let everyone know what is going on before the trucks and equipment show up.

At this time, Johnson’s Tree Service is scheduled to begin the removal of the Oak Trees in the condos between 5/7/18 and 5/10/18. Greenscapes is tentatively scheduled to begin the new plantings the 2nd to 3rd week in June. Greenscapes is working with Board Members to address any outstanding landscaping maintenance requests. We hope to have everything completed in the next (30) days.

Again, these are only the trees behind the Condo Buildings. When we have more information on the scheduling of removal of the Street Oaks I will be posting updates to keep everyone informed.

I do want to take just a few lines to really thank all of the residents who have resolved their ARB or Landscape issues related to the recent inspections… and those of you who are currently in the process of scheduling the work to be done. The HOA ARB Committee had a very productive meeting today in which a few residents with pending requests were able to resolve some of the issues.

I was asked to mention to the Community that the HOA requirements for replacing the Palm trees in the front of SFH lots includes a 10′ height minimum and a similar species of Palm. The Pigmy palm ( Roballinies) replacements need to be 4′ min. Please feel free to contact the ARB Committee or myself if you need guidance on the requirements.

I hope everyone has a wonderful weekend and a Happy Cinco De Mayo..!!
