*** Update on Marbella Recovery ***

Good Day to ALL…

Unfortunately the Pool must remain closed for the weekend. The electricians are still waiting on parts to make repairs to the pump systems. I am hopeful that we will have it back up next week.

The major debris removal is nearly complete. I apologize to those at the Eastern end of the property who have not had their debris piles removed as of yet. We are continuing to work with the contractors to get the needed equipment as soon as possible. For those of you who have had the major debris piles removed, please do not continue to pile smaller amounts of yard waste on the curbs. We have contracted for one pick up per street and debris left after that pick up will have to be arranged with Greenscapes or another vendor at the Owner’s expense. The small debris left by the grappling truck will be cleaned up by Greenscapes once the trucks have left, after that you will be responsible for further removal.

We will be doing post hurricane inspections once again next week. PLEASE REMOVE ALL SHUTTERS BEFORE MONDAY. The time allowed by the Association for removal has expired and any remaining will be considered in violation of the Community Rules and Regulations.

Also as a reminder, ALL hurricane shutters and window coverings must be placed within your home or garage for storage. This is a good time to remove any extra pavers or tiles etc. that have been stored outside your home.

We are working on getting all the street signs in the neighborhood back in place. This may take some time to complete so please drive cautiously and be aware that some stop and yield signs remain down at this time.

Thanks again to all of our residents for your patience and cooperation with the recovery efforts.
