Update on Administrative Procedures

There have been a few recent changes made in an effort to update our administrative procedures here at Marbella Lakes.
Some of you may already be aware that the office space at the Clubhouse has been dedicated to the management of Social activities and occupied by our Lifestyle Director Mindy Roberts. While most events are open to signing up online, the office is open to residents who wish to make payments, ask questions about upcoming events, or discuss ideas for new Social Activities. We have recently opened a new link on the Community website designated to Maintenance issues. Just like the landscape link most of you are familiar with, you now have the option to select Condo or HOA maintenance work order requests. Please select the appropriate link and check the boxes that apply to you. Include a brief description of the issue if needed for clarity.
If you are having an issue with your vehicle bar code, forms can be filled out online and emailed to the Property Mgr’s office or picked up at the clubhouse or gatehouse and returned to the gatehouse when completed. We are working with Ramco to resolve these issues on an individual basis and will need a form completed to make us aware you are having an issue. If you have already filed a form recently and are still having the same issue, again we will not be aware of your issue until you re-submit a form or email me with your name address and vehicle information (include the 5 digit number on your bar code).
For new vehicles or barcode replacements, bring a completed Vehicle registration form with an attached check for $10.00 ( vehicle must be present ) payable to Marbella Lakes HOA to the Gatehouse. Barcodes will be issued on Tuesdays and Thursdays between 10am and 2pm. If you need to set up another time for installation of the barcode, you can call or email for an appointment.
The Association Manager’s office is no longer located in the on site Clubhouse. If you have questions or issues that cannot be addressed or resolved through the website, or want to arrange a meeting with the Association Manager, please feel free to contact my office through the “Contact Property Manager” link or email me at . If you need more immediate attention the office number remains the same at (239) 430 5690. For after hours or emergencies call the gatehouse 24hrs a day at (239) 213 1338.
