We have contracted Elias Bros for the painting of the exterior of 6 buildings during January / February. These bldg’s will include 6526, 6532, 6533, 6536, 6540 and 6544.

Please see attached copy of “Tentative” schedule. These dates are subject to change and you should see notices posted on bldg’s for current information. Pressure cleaning is scheduled for the 22nd of Jan.( You may have seen the notices posted on affected bldgs.) Please be aware that this will cause water, dirt, and debris to be dispersed around the area near the building. You may want to park inside the garage or on Laguna Cir. during this process. THIS IS NOT AN EXCUSE FOR ILLEGAL PARKING on the street, sidewalk or grass. These vehicles would be subject to towing by the Association at the Owner’s expense without further notice. There will be further notices posted 24-48 hrs prior to the commencement of any work.

The Association is providing the opportunity for Lanai painting at no additional cost to Owners if you choose to stay with the standard exterior color ( Gold). There is an attached form from Elias Bros. you must complete and turn in to the Clubhouse or Gate House prior to Feb. 2nd in order to participate in the lanai service. You will need to make arrangements to allow access to your lanai on the scheduled day.

The form offers the option of color change for your lanai walls at an additional cost to the home Owner. The cost is $125.00 per unit and you can choose one of the three options. Rust, Green or Light Cream are the optional colors and can be seen on the outside of the various bldgs. The light cream is the “trim” color around the garage openings etc.

NOTE: There is an error on the schedule. Building 6444 on the schedule is supposed to be 6544.
