Second Notice of Annual Meeting – Marbella Lakes Owners Association – Ballot/Proxy information

Everyone should be receiving the 2nd meeting notice in the mail with the respective candidates desiring to be on the Marbella Lakes Owners Association Board.  See attached.

I have Information sheets on the candidates, ballots, proxies and ballot envelopes located outside of the administration office for your convenience.

I encourage everyone to stop by, fill out your ballot and/or proxy in advance of the meeting. 

You may place your signed and sealed ballot in the box drop box located outside of the Administration Office.

 

DIRECTIONS FOR VOTING:

VOTING

You may vote in person at the meeting, you may submit the enclosed ballot or you may give your Proxy to someone else to vote for you the night of the meeting.

  • CONDO OWNERS MAY ONLY VOTE FOR THE CONDO APPLICANTS.  PLEASE USE THE CONDO BALLOT.
  • SINGLE FAMILY HOME OWNERS MAY ONLY VOTE FOR THE SINGLE FAMILY HOME CANDIDATES.  PLEASE USE THE HOMES BALLOT. 

MAIL-IN BALLOT

If you wish to vote by mail, fill out the enclosed Ballot and insert in the envelope marked “Ballot”. Do not write on this envelope. Insert the sealed ballot envelope into the envelope marked “Ballot Return Envelope”.   Fill in required information completely on the outside of the “Ballot Return Envelope” and sign.  The Ballot must be received by GRS Management no later than January 30, 2019, delivered to the clubhouse or brought to the meeting. 

 

PROXIES

Please note the following IMPORTANT information on PROXIES:   The Proxy MAY be used to vote for a Director in the election.   A quorum is required to conduct the Election and Annual Meeting. The quorum for the Membership (30%) is a total of 147 Homes and Condominium Units represented either in person or by proxy.   If you are unable to attend the meeting, even if you plan on mailing in the ballot, please be sure to return your proxy, in order to establish a quorum, in the enclosed envelope to GRS Management to the above address or may emailed to (PROXY ONLY)
