Phase 1 Guidelines for the Amenities

The Marbella Lakes Owners Association Board of Directors held an Emergency Board Meeting this afternoon (Monday, May 4, 2020) to approve Phase 1 guidelines for the amenities at Marbella Lakes.

The Clubhouse, Pickleball, Playground and Fitness Center will remain closed until further notice.

Beginning tomorrow, May 5th, the following Phase 1 guidelines will be in place.

Below is a summary of the guidelines.  I have also attached a copy if you would like to download/print.

TEMPORARY POOL RULES

Phase 1

POOL hours will be from 7:30am thru 7:00pm.

You MUST be an owner or registered resident to use the pool. No guests are permitted at this time.

You are limited to five (5) owners/resident per household MAX.  

20 people are permitted to use the pool at a time. We will set up 20 chairs and they are not be moved for any reason. 

Bring your own sanitizing supplies and use them.  Consider all touch points e.g.: gate latches, chairs, railings, shower pulls, etc. No sanitizing equipment will be provided.

Pool visitors are responsible for removing their trash and personal property at the end of each session

If you have been there for an hour and others come to use the pool, please be courteous, exiting the pool for others to use.  If you come to the pool and it has reached capacity, you must wait until someone leaves before entering.

Entrance to the pool will be granted by the gate nearest the basketball court. All other entrances remain CLOSED.

By entering the pool, you agree to the following: 

1) Marbella Lakes HOA cannot guarantee a germ-free environment

 2) you should consult your health care professional prior to use

3) your use of the pool is at your own risk

4) social distancing is a requirement per government regulations.  If residents do not abide by these rules the Board of Directors reserves the right, at its discretion, based not only on the temporary rules being violated but when or if, State or County government changes their guidelines to close the amenities.

The children’s pool will remain CLOSED until further notice.

The restrooms will remain CLOSED during Phase 1.

TEMPORARY TENNIS COURT RULES

Phase 1

Sign-ups for use of the tennis courts are available at MarbellaLakesHOA.com.

Sign-ups are limited to owners and residents ONLY, on a first come, first served basis.  Singles play ONLY!

If people come early for their session while a session is in progress, you must wait outside until the session is completed and the participants have left.

Bring your own sanitizing supplies and use them.  Consider all touch points e.g.: gate latches, chairs, railings, etc. No sanitizing equipment will be provided.

By signing for a time slot for the Tennis Courts you agree to the following:

 1) Marbella Lakes HOA cannot guarantee a germ-free environment

2) you should consult your health care professional prior to use

3) your use of the tennis courts is at your own risk

4) social distancing is a requirement per government regulations. If residents do not abide by these rules the Board of Directors reserves the right, at its discretion, based not only on the temporary rules being violated but when or if, State or County government changes their guidelines to close the amenities.

TEMPORARY BASKETBALL COURT RULES

PHASE 1

You MUST be an owner or registered resident to use the outdoor basketball court. No guests are permitted at this time.

You are limited to 4 players at a time.

Bring your own sanitizing supplies and use them.  Consider all touch points e.g.: gate latches, railings, etc. No sanitizing equipment will be provided.

If you have been there for one hour and others come that want to use the court, please be courteous and exit allowing them to enter.

By entering the Basketball Court you agree to the following:

1) Marbella Lakes HOA cannot guarantee a germ-free environment

2) you should consult your health care professional prior to use

3) your use of the basketball court is at your own risk

4) social distancing is a requirement per government regulations.  If residents do not abide by these rules the Board of Directors reserves the right, at its discretion, based not only on the temporary rules being violated but when or if, State or County government changes their guidelines to close the amenities.
