Notice for Painting of Condo Lanais

Elias Brothers will be painting exterior surfaces of a number of condo buildings in the near future. The buildings being painted are as follows: 6514, 6516, 6522, 6525, 6537, 6541, 6548, 6552
The form attached is from Elias Brothers Painting and it is specific to the 8 buildings getting painted. If any resident in those 8 buildings would like their lanais painted while Elias Brothers is onsite must complete this form and have it back to the management office no later than next Friday, January 27th. If you are changing the paint color from it’s current color you will need to also bring a check for $175 along with your completed form. No exceptions will be made by Elias Brothers on this procedure. They need to prepare in advance for how many lanais will be painted, executing enough staff and paint for the job, so this is critical.
**If anyone would like their lanai painted that is not part of the above listed 8 buildings, they can get their lanai painted so long as they meet the same deadline for submitting the attached form as the painting must be done while Elias Brothers is on-site for the rest of the painting. They will not make any additional trips.
** Residents are responsible for removing all items from their lanai if they choose to have it painted. The painting crew will NOT move any furniture and will not be held responsible for any damage/paint on their belongings if they do not remove them from the lanai. Elias Brothers will be giving a short notice in advance of which day lanais will be painted so residents should have all belongings removed by the start of the painting project. This is imperative for those who have home watch folks taking care of this for them.
