MULCH APPLICATION – MONDAY, OCTOBER 1ST
SINGLE FAMILY HOMES
The mulch application for the community will begin on Monday, October 1st.
The cost of annually renewing the mulch in our community is covered in the HOA fees. The contracted cost is based on only applying mulch to the areas that were mulched as part of the standard landscape configuration. The landscaping contract has defined the amount of mulch needed to cover standard landscaping.
As some homeowners have enlarged their planting areas, additional mulch and labor are required to cover these non-standard installations. Each homeowner is responsible for the additional costs for those areas of their landscaping.
Each home will receive 13-3 cubic ft. bags per home which will cover the original front beds, the a/c unit and the two tree rings in the back of home.
Any additional mulch must be procured by the homeowner and applied at their expense.
- We have contracted with Southeast Spreading to lay the mulch and they have graciously accepted to be on property next week for anyone that would like to purchase additional mulch for their homes. Homeowners will be able to pay Southeast Spreading directly.
- Southeast Spreading will be at the Clubhouse on TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 25TH from 3 pm – 7 pm if you would like to purchase any additional mulch from them.
- Attached is an order form if you are interested in purchasing additional mulch.

The condo’s will receive mulch in all of the front plant beds. We will be removing the mulch in the rear plant beds and replacing with rock.
