- Call to Order
Meeting called to order at 6:00pm by Julie Kowalke.
- Establish Quorum
Quorum was established with two board members present in-person and one via FaceTime.
- Proof of Notice
Proof of notice was given 48 hours in advance.
- Approval of Minutes
A motion to approve the minutes from the last meeting was made by Julie Kowalke, seconded by Mildred Tufano and unanimously approved by all.
- Treasurer’s Report
Mildred Tufano reported as of November 30th, 2016 we have total operating cash of $168,679.38, total reserves of $654,983.15. There is $1,463.76 in accounts receivable and $94,756.54 in current liabilities.
- Landscape Update
Julie Kowalke reported that all landscape renovations in the front of the buildings will be completed this week. Mulch to those areas will be applied in the next few weeks. Renovations to the fern areas in the rear of the buildings will begin January 24, 2017. These renovations will include removing the ferns and installing new plants and mulch.
