Please, see the attachment. I have included the section of the Rules & Regs for Marbella Lakes from your Association Governing Documents. I have copied that one page and circled the area of interest. The rule states that you may put up the shutters during periods of a hurricane watch or hurricane warning (this time now would be a time of a hurricane watch). You may determine hurricane watch conditions at the National Hurricane Center website located at www.nhc.noaa.gov/prepare/wwa.php.
The shutters must be removed immediately after the hurricane watch or warning has been lifted. There is not a specific time frame specified in the Governing Documents but that generally means within 7 to 10 days after the storm has passed. Please, let me know if you have any further questions.
