Lanai Screen Cleaning Service for Condominium Owners

Condominium Lanai Screen Cleaning (Outside Screens Only)

 

Your Condominium Board of Directors has arranged with our maintenance man to provide screen cleaning of the outside of Lanai screens at condo owner’s expense.  We have heard from owners (especially upstairs units) that it is difficult at best to get the screens cleaned.

The price to clean the screens is $50/unit.  You can have the maintenance man come as often or as little as you like and you will be invoiced $50 for the job each time he comes.

If you want to get together with your neighbors and have the screens cleaned our maintenance man will charge $175 for 4-8 units/building.  This is a considerable discount, but it would have to be organized by the owners within a building.  Individual owners can be invoiced separately for this.  So, by example, if 8 owners in a building wanted this service, each owner would pay $21.88/unit and each individual owner would be invoiced.  It can be arranged in season only if desired, every other month or whenever it is preferred.

You will be invoiced for this service by our maintenance man, Jim Weisbecker.  He is owner of Weisbecker Holdings, LLC.
