Irrigation system update

Greetings Marbella Homeowners,

You may or may not be aware, but we are currently experiencing some irrigation pump issues.  We only have one irrigation pump station operating properly to furnish irrigation water to the entire community.  Adjustments have been made to the watering times and zones to accommodate this situation.

The Board of Directors has authorized the replacement of the entire irrigation pumping system which will begin early next week, however in the interim; Greenscapes has suspended their mowing cycle so as not to stress out the turf any further.  In the meantime, they will be onsite trimming.  Greenscapes will be attempting to hand water any new plantings and it may be necessary for them to use homeowner water or the homeowners are encouraged to water at their own discretion.   Please keep in mind, if you are opposed to Greenscapes using your metered water, the Marbella Lakes HOA will not be replacing any plantings that may become affected by the lack of water.

It is the intent to have the irrigation pump issues resolved as soon as possible and we appreciate your patience in the meantime.

Kind regards,
