Mailbox - Last week, our mailbox was struck by our neighbor's car. A couple of the mailboxes were significantly damaged-and they were replaced with new mailboxes. Pavers - I came to my moms condo yesterday and noticed a dent in her garage door thank was not here. Nobody parks in her driveway and my guess is something happened when they pressure washed the driveway. I put tape on the door so management can see it. Pavers - I noticed yesterday a dent in the garage that was not there. my assumption is this must have happened when they did the pressure washing. my understanding is they use the machine to clean the pavers and i did see them using it across the street. the dent looks like the height of the handle of the pressure washer machine hit the garage door. see photos. also, last year my mom had tripped over her uprooted brick pavers on her lanai. we have been asking for help with getting these fixed and each time being told no. i was at the condo today and spoke to Joe Barbato. he was kind enough to come to our condo and lift up some of the brick pavers and show me all the roots that caused this on going problem. he also told me he had the same problem from the trees and they replaced his brick pavers and fixed the problem. we were told no on several occasions and im really not sure why. we were told our bricks were not because of the roots yet nobody took the time to lift any of the pavers to have a look. i would like for someone in charge to please get a work order in place for these pavers so the job can get done as its been a year that we have been asking for assistance with this matter. Also, Joe Barbato thinks that the pressure washer handle did the damage to the garage door as its the same height as the pressure washer and this happened the same time they did the pressure washing. Electrical (Outside Outlets) - Hi Kym, After arriving to our condo last Friday,(6549 Monterey Point unit 104)we realized we had no active phone line. We called Century Link and they made a visit yesterday. They found that their box at the end of the building had been stuck by lightning. The box was fried, black on the inside and it had melted the board. Century Link replaced the board and the box, but it is still not working because the GFI that feeds the box is also dead from the strike. Century Link said the GFI is not theirs, they can’t replace it and I needed to contact you about getting an electrician to replace the GFI on the outside of the building. It is the GFI to the left of the box. The power supply runs from the GFI into the Century Link box. This means that the whole building has no power to source their land lines or internet if it is provided by Century Link. Once this GFI has been replaced could you please notify me? I have the number for Century Link that I am to call so that they can revisit and check the power to the box to make certain it is up and running. Could you also confirm that you received this email? - Hello - I submitted a request for a few items approximately a month ago at my and my moms condo. I was just there to check the condo and noticed the Fire Extinguisher has not been replaced nor has the broken enclosure it is in been replaced. Please have this replaced as it has been like this since Sept 2017 when Irma came thru. If theres an emergency it is not useable. The shrubs that are around the air handlers (theres 2 on the side of the buildings walkway leading to the front door) were taken out and new ones put in. I see that they will grow in but under the window near the driveway they will not reach that area. Initially there were shrubs in this spot that have been removed. We would like to see some sort of shrubbery in that spot as it looks too bare. Also, when will they be replacing the tree they removed in front of the driveway? He said he would be right up.........he didn’t come and they were gone when I returned to find them. Where are the job supervisors? Why the misinformation? When is the final walk around? I am not alone in my concerns. Other touch ups on the exterior of Bldg. 6544 are needed. This seems like a replay of the problems residents had last year. The gutter just to the right of 102 has the water deflector bent incorrectly and the corner gutter above at the roofline is dripping every morning onto the gutter below and its incorrectly oriented deflector and making the annoying aluminum "popping" dripping noise. The gutter at the roofline shouldn't be leaking unless its joint is also compromised. Haven't had this problem for eight years . First one is the long vertical gutter downspot to the left of my 202 garage door. It has severely been bent at its joint, possibly from high speed flying debris. Second is an outdoor electrical box at the SE corner of the entire building. Plastic cover is missing, outlet is directly exposed to the elements. Thirdly, near my 202 entrance when you looking up at the roof gutters, it is dripping at the 90 degree where they meet. Never happened before. Possible debris or the joint has been comprised. - We had an emergency Saturday afternoon. The front lawn flooded – a neighbor knocked on our door saying he figured that it was our condo. When we went out to the front curb he was right. The fourth plate which was assigned to us was gushing water. I called Florida Power & Light. Worker and truck arrived in an hour and a half. He began digging and realized it was not their problem. It was on the condo owners and of the pipe. I asked what I should do – he said get a plumber ASAP. He shut the water off. I checked Angie's list and found three plumbers assigned to our Naples area. Jim Smith plumbing arrived in an hour and a half and by that time we had neighbors viewing the problem. He noted that Saturday costs will be enhanced. Ultimately he repaired the problem and by using Angie's list I received a 10% discount. Total bill equals $417 minus 10% discount $41.70= total bill on my American Express is $375.30. This was an emergency and of course we could not wait until Monday because the whole house was shut off of water. Pavers, heavy garage door panel oxidation - I have a serious oxidation problem on one of the garage door panels. I suggest painting panel using some special oxidation inhibiting primer and then repainting the panel. I was told some of the paint should have been available after the garage doors were painted. I am willing to do the work if someone can make this available to me. Also I have quite a number of driveway pavers that are bulging (some extreme) out from the surface. Due to their location and orientation, I suspect a possible tree root intrusion. Please let me know if you can help me these issues.. Plumbing (Outside Faucet) - This is note from our HOME WATCH maintenance: Found water pressure low, leaking packing nut on outside gate valve - checked main water gate valve outside garage door and tightened package nut. I found the interior mechanism of the gate valve broken. I was able to open the valve in order to allow full pressure to the interior main water valve inside the garage. Providing no one touches the outside gate valve you should have full pressure to the inside main water valve. I recommend you have a plumber change the outside main water gate valve. Electrical (Outside Outlets), Walls (Outside), Pavers, Lanai Screen Frames, Lanai screen frames need to be cleaned from outside bc of hurricane - Some of my window shutters flew off and are in need or being replaced ASAP. The electrical box in the front side of the house as your going up the walkway is broken and needs repaired. Pavers are uneven and people are tripping and falling on them, the pavers also have mold on them and need to be cleaned immediately. The outside of my lanai is filthy and i can not clean it, there is debri heavily caked on the screens and the outside paint is wearing off and peeling all over, this needs to be taken care of ASAP. My landscaping once again looks horrible, dead bushes that were never planted correctly need to be repaired immediately Closed

I have also found another similar piece in my front bushes. I kept it in case someone needs to look at it. Can you please inspect?
