Formation of Traffic Solutions Committee
Your HOA and Condo Boards are launching a joint traffic solutions task team to determine if anything needs to be done to improve the flow of traffic; and to ensure residents and renters follow our speed limits on our streets. This was discussed at the last HOA Board Meeting.
It will be this team’s mission to investigate the many options presented to us by the members of our community and determine a recommendation for both the Condo and HOA Boards. To be specific, options such as, but not limited to, signs that show speed and take pictures of offending cars; cameras in the community; and the use of a rolling speed cart borrowed from the county sheriff. We need to investigate costs, practicality, necessity and then determine a recommendation. Once the committee is formed the various tasks requiring some research will be assigned.
To this end as Chair of this Committee I would like to ask for three volunteers from the single family homes to participate on the committee; which already has 3 condo owners on it by virtue of our board positions.
