Final Chance To Attend our Fourth of July BBQ This Sunday!

Hello Residents,
This is the LAST CALL for anyone wishing to attend our Fourth of July BBQ this Sunday, July 3rd from 3:30PM-5:30PM.  We will have LIVE ENTERTAINMENT from DJ Randy Ray along with his hermit crab racing! Michelbob’s will be doing our catering so you can expect some of the best BBQ in the area. Each person will get a Half of Rack of Baby Back Ribs, a Boneless BBQ Chicken Breast, Homemade Baked Beans, Cole Slaw, Macaroni & Cheese and Roasted Red Potatoes. We will also have a delicious dessert, lemonade, iced tea, soda and bottled water. Children have their choice of a Hot Dog or Chicken Fingers. Also, don’t forget our Marbella Lakes Community Cruise is scheduled for February 5th-12th on-board the beautiful REGAL PRINCESS sailing from Fort Lauderdale.  We will be visiting Amber Cove, Dominican Republic, Charlotte Amalie, St. Thomas and Basseterre, St. Kitts. I know many of you have already secured your cabins for this special trip and we thank you. It takes just $100 per person to secure a cabin at this point. Final payments will be due by November 19th and your deposit is refundable up until this date.  There is a limited number of cabins on hold so if you want to attend please call our travel agent Dawn at DLC Travel at (877) 818-4848. I attached the flyer on the cruise below so you have the pricing information. All reservations have to go through Dawn, not me here in the office.  She can take the $100 deposit via credit card over the phone.  Join your fellow neighbors on the high seas as we celebrate Valentine’s Day 🙂
