Critical Voting Change for a Better Marbella Lakes

The Marbella Lakes HOA Board of Directors along with its legal counsel have determined that it is time for the community’s governing documents to be updated because they were originally created by GL Homes (the developer) for its benefit and has clauses which are no longer valid nor relevant.

In order to achieve this goal, we need 75% of the community residents, 368 doors out of 490, to vote in favor of the changes recommended.  This is the most important vote the Marbella Lakes community will have encountered to date.  Because this is a tremendous hurdle, we need many residents to patriciate in the vote either via eVoting (HOAst) or via postal ballots for those residents that have not opted in to eVoting via HOAst.

If you have not opted in to eVoting you will receive a physical ballot via the postal service mailing.

Please review the included document (in HOAst) which will clearly explain the needed changes to the governing documents in order to make Marbella Lakes ready for moving forward.
