Community Updates & Reminders

COMMUNITY UPDATES

Club House Pool Furniture

Our new furniture and umbrellas have arrived at the Clubhouse.  We are still waiting on our 3 doubles chaise lounge chairs (with new cushions).  They will be delivered and set up at the 1st cabana before Christmas.  We hope you enjoy the new furniture and new look at the pool.

Additional Landscaping

We have added four additional trees to the  landscaping common area, along the hedge row by the Clubhouse parking lot (by the dumpster and fitness area).  We have also added some shrubs to hide the water holding tank in the common area.

Mowing Schedule:

Please note that we are entering that time of year when turf is mowed every other week.  The watering and pruning schedule will remain the same.

COMMUNITY REMINDERS

Parking

Parking over the sidewalk, on the grass, blocking driveways, and in the street or swales is prohibited.  Please do not park in front of mailboxes or fire hydrants.  Marked service vehicles may park in the street ONLY while performing services on a home or unit.  The HOA and your neighbors respectfully asks all residents to adhere to these rules at all times.  The HOA is sending out violation notices regarding these items and will result in towing if not corrected.

Commercial vehicles (which includes business/commercial lettering) are prohibited.  Commercial vehicles onsite may only be parked in the garage, or remove magnets from vehicles.  This includes company cars and personal vehicles used for business or advertising of a business.

Overflow and guest parking is not allowed in the Clubhouse parking lot.  Overnight parking is allowed on Laguna Circle.  All vehicles must have a valid guest pass displayed on the dash board or a bar code on the window.

Pets

Just a courtesy reminder that all pets must be on leashes when walking and please pick up after your pet.  Picking up waste from your pet is by far the #1 pet etiquette rule, because pet waste can spread disease, and no one wants to step in it and ruin their shoes. Don’t aggravate other dog owners or neighbors walking outside – pick it up and dispose of it properly. This includes picking up after your pets in the common areas of the community. All pet stores sell rolls of doggy waste bags that can be clipped to a leash, or you can use grocery bags while taking the dog outside.

Trash cans

Please remember to bring in your trash containers after pick-up on the day of collection.

  • Please do not place trash cans close to mail boxes as they may get damaged during pick up and are expensive to replace. Please place on driveway and face the garbage can lids opening towards the street. Please keep the garage cans off the grassy areas.

Condo Owners:  All trash cans must be stored inside your garage.  They cannot be stored behind the building or trellises.

Speed Limit

As a REMINDER the posted SPEED LIMIT for our community is 20 MPH. Please respect our community and drive carefully.  Please STOP at all stop signs and please SLOW down.
