Single-Family Home Schedule
Friday & Monday, 9/20 & 9/23 – East Side of Del Mar Terrace beginning at the cul-de-sac and working their way out.
Tuesday & Wednesday, 9/24 & 25 – West Side of Marbella Drive from the Club House, going East
Thursday & Friday , 9/26 & 27th – East side of Marbella Drive from the cul-de-sac working their way out.
Monday & Tuesday, 9/30 & 10/1 – Monterey Point.
Wednesday & Thursday, 10/2 & 10/3 – East Side of Marbella Lane beginning at the cul-de-sac and working their way out.
Friday, 10/4 – Completing the remainder of the common areas
The pruning team is currently pruning on Monterey Point (single family) and will be moving to the condo’s the week of 9/23/19.
The mulch application for the community will begin on Monday, October 7th.
Single Family Homes
Each home will receive 14-3 cubic ft. bags per home which will cover the original front beds and the a/c unit.
Any additional mulch must be procured by the homeowner and applied at their expense.
The condo’s will receive mulch in all of the front and back plant beds.
4th Quarter Assessments
Just a reminder, 4th quarter assessments are due soon. GRS mailed out statements for 4th quarter showing the reduction in your quarterly assessment for the Owners Association.
Single Family – $910.00
Condo – $565.00
(Condo Owners – you should have a coupon book for the Condo Association Assessment which is $618/qtr)
If you are set up on ACH with GRS, they will automatically apply your payment to your account.

Please remember, it is the owners’ responsibility to maintain and clean the exterior of your home.
There are many roofs in the community that are in need of roof cleaning. Please take the time to inspect your roof. If you see mold/mildew, it’s time to schedule your cleaning. Your neighbors and the entire community appreciate your due diligence.
Just a reminder, if you would like to make any changes to the exterior of your home, you must get approval from the ARB committee. You will find the ARB forms and guidelines on the website.
