Pressure Washing Driveways & Sidewalks

Schedule – Please make note of the date for your street

All of the condo driveways and sidewalks and back pads will be completed by the end of the day today. 

On Monday, September 16th, we will begin pressure washing the driveways and sidewalks for the single-family homes. 

Single-Family Home Schedule

Monday & Tuesday,  9/16 & 9/17  –  West End of Marbella Lane beginning at the cul-de-sac working their way out.

Wednesday & Thursday,  9/18 & 9/19 – West End of  Del Mar Terrace beginning with the cul-de-sac and working their way out.

Friday & Monday,  9/20 & 9/23 – East Side of Del Mar Terrace beginning at the cul-de-sac and working their way out.

Tuesday & Wednesday,  9/24 & 25 –  West Side of Marbella Drive from the Club House, going East

Thursday & Friday , 9/26 & 27th –  East side of Marbella Drive from the cul-de-sac working their way out.

Monday & Tuesday,  9/30 & 10/1 – Monterey Point.

Wednesday & Thursday, 10/2 & 10/3 – East Side of Marbella Lane beginning at the cul-de-sac and working their way out.

Friday, 10/4 – Completing the remainder of the common areas

 

Landscaping Updates

Annuals were removed at the Clubhouse and Guard Gate. New annuals will be ready for install the week of 10/07/19.

The pruning team is currently pruning on Marbella Dr. and will be moving to single-family homes on Monterey Pt. the week of 09/16/19.

 

Mulch Application – Save the Date – 10/7/19

The mulch application for the community will begin on Monday, October 7th

The cost of annually renewing the mulch in our community is covered in the HOA fees.  The contracted cost is based on only applying mulch to the areas that were mulched as part of the standard landscape configuration.  The landscaping contract has defined the amount of mulch needed to cover standard landscaping. 

As some homeowners have enlarged their planting areas, additional mulch and labor are required to cover these non-standard installations.  Each homeowner is responsible for the additional costs for those areas of their landscaping.  

Each home will receive 14-3 cubic ft. bags per home which will cover the original front beds and the a/c unit.

Any additional mulch must be procured by the homeowner and applied at their expense.

YOU MAY PURCHASE ADDITIONAL BAGS FROM GREENSCAPES BY PLACING A WORK ORDER REQUEST DIRECTLY TO GREENSCAPES.  PLEASE SPECIFY HOW MANY ADDITIONAL BAGS YOU WOULD LIKE AND IF YOU WOULD LIKE IT INSTALLED OR DELIVERLY/DROP OFF ONLY.

PRICING:

LAY MULCH – $5.15 PER BAG

DELIVERY/DROP OFF ONLY – $3.45 PER BAG

 

MULCH FOR CONDO’S

The condo’s will receive mulch in all of the front and back plant beds. 

 

Jaquelino Trejo has joined our Marbella Team

We would like to welcome our new Maintenance Engineer, Jaquelino Trejo to Marbella Lakes.  Jaquelino comes to us from Vanderbilt Country Club and has extensive maintenance experence, specifically in Country Club & Gated Community settings.  Next time you see him driving on the golf cart or working around the community, stop by to introduce yourself.  

 

Save the Date – Tennis Court Resurfacing – 1st week of October, 2019

The tennis courts are scheduled to be resurfaced the first week in October.  More details to follow on the schedule once we get closer to the date.
