The basketball court will be closed on the Monday afternoon (3/4/19) for the Board Meeting and will reopen on Tuesday morning.
Children going to bus stop
It has been observed many children are throwing their back backs over the hedges by the tennis courts and jumping over the hedges on their way to and from the bus stop. There is a temporary fence with stakes and posts in the ground. We don’t want anyone getting hurt and ask that the parents please ask them to walk around the hedges. Thank you for your cooperation.
When the school bus is stopped with stop sign out, you must wait for the children to load/unload the bus. This is the Law. Please be patient for the safety of our Marbella Lakes children and residents.
Condo Board Meeting Updates:
Lease/Purchase Application Fee – At the last Board Meeting held 2/25/19, the Board approved to Increase the Rental/Purchase application fee to $200.00 effective immediately.
Save the Date:
Fire Sprinkler Inspection is scheduled for March 11 – 13th. Please keep in mind, Wayne Fire will need access to your unit. They will need to go inside each room equipped with a sprinkler including the garage. I will be sending out a reminder when we get closer to the date with more specific details.
Dryer Vent Cleaning is scheduled for the week of April 1st. A schedule will be sent out when we get closer to the date.
Window Cleaning is scheduled on or before 4/21/19. A schedule will be sent out once we get closer to the date.
Flowers around street trees – At the last Board Meeting, held 2/25/19, the Board approved to add annuals around the trees in front of the condos twice per year. They are going to do a trial run the first time around to make sure the rabbits do not eat the flowers to make sure it cost efficient to continue year round.

Clubhouse: 7 am – 10 pm
Fitness Center: 5 am – 11 pm
Tennis Courts: 8 am – 10 pm
Pool: Dawn to Dusk (mandated by Collier County)
Outdoor Play Areas: Dawn to Dusk (mandated by Collier County)
