Clubhouse Pool Resurfacing

The pool resurfacing project will begin on Monday, June 24th for the main clubhouse pool, spa and kiddie pool.  The pool will be CLOSED beginning Monday for approximately 3-4 weeks, depending on weather.  Sorry for the inconvenience.


Landscaping Updates:

The pruning team is currently pruning the front entrance and Livingston Rd and will be moving to the West section of Marbella next week.

Turf and Ornamental fertilization was completed on 6/20/19.   The next turf and ornamental fertilization is scheduled in the 4th quarter.


Maintenance and Landscaping Requests

All requests for maintenance or landscaping should be submitted through the Marbella Lakes website at to ensure your request is handled promptly. 


Bobcat Sightings:

We have received some more reports of bob cat sightings in the area, specifically by the condo’s.  Please be aware, specifically when walking your pets at night.

Roof Cleaning

Periodic inspections are conducted to assist you in identifying conditions that need attention.  There are many roofs in the community that are in need of roof cleaning.  Please take the time to inspect your roof.  If you see mold/mildew, it’s time to schedule your cleaning.  Your neighbors and the entire community appreciate your due diligence.

Speed Limit

This is your weekly REMINDER, the posted SPEED LIMIT for our community is 20 MPH. Please respect our community and drive carefully.  Also, please remind guests and visitors to be mindful of the posted speed limits.  This applies to bicycle riders too, who must obey all traffic laws.
