PHASE 2

Listed below are the loosening of the restrictions that were but in place due to COVID-19. Please keep in mind that all Phase 1 rules remain in place other than specific changes to each of the following. In most cases, the hours have been changed to previous COVID-19 hours. 

Social distancing is a requirement per government regulations. If residents do not abide by these rules the Board of Directors reserves the right, at its discretion, based not only on the temporary rules being violated but when or if, State or County government changes their guidelines to close the amenities.

Tennis Court – Rules – Phase 2

Days: Monday thru Sunday (7 Days a week)

Hours:  7AM thru 10:00 PM

  1. Playing of Doubles may resume
  2. Night lights are available

Social distancing is a requirement per government regulations when not playing.

Fitness Center -Rules – Phase 2

Days: Monday thru Sunday (7 Days a week)

Hours:  5AM thru 10:00 PM

Social distancing is a requirement per government regulations.

 

Pool Rules – Phase 2

Days: Monday thru Sunday (7 Days a week)

Hours:  Sunrise to Sunset

Social distancing is a requirement per government regulations.

 

Kiddie Pool Rules – Phase 2 – NOW OPEN

Days: Monday thru Sunday (7 Days a week)

Hours:  Sunrise to Sunset

Same rules apply that apply for the Main Pool

Social distancing is a requirement per government regulations.

 

POOL / FITNESS CENTER BATHROOM ACCESS RULES – Phase 2

Days: Monday thru Sunday (7 Days a week)

Hours:  24 HOURS

Note: Staff Cleaning schedule is back in place prior to COVID-19 shut down

 

OUTSIDE BASKETBALL COURT

Days: Monday thru Sunday (7 Days a week)

Hours:  Sunrise to Sunset

Limited to 10 players at a time

POOL AND FITNESS CENTER ACCESS GATES

BOTH EAST AND WEST GATES ARE NOW ACCESSIBLE WHEN AMENITIES ARE OPEN

Landscaping Updates

The pruning team is currently pruning West section of Marbella Lane and will be moving to Del Mar Terrace the  week of 06/08/20.

Summer Annuals installation has been delayed due to the rain.  Installation is scheduled for Wednesday 6/10/20, weather permitting.

 

Maintenance and Landscaping Requests

All requests for maintenance or landscaping should be submitted through the Marbella Lakes website at www.marbellalakeshoa.com to ensure your request is handled promptly. 

 

Weekly Reminder:

This is your weekly REMINDER, the posted SPEED LIMIT for our community is 20 MPH. Please respect our community and drive carefully.  Also, please remind guests and visitors to be mindful of the posted speed limits.  This applies to bicycle riders too, who must obey all traffic laws.

 

Trash Cans:

I had a request from the mail carrier; please do not place your trash cans in front of the mailbox as they are not able to deliver the mail if the mailbox is blocked.  Thank you for your cooperation.
