Whippoorwill Lane Extension Petition
The Board of Directors and some of the other communities being impacted, are currently working on a letter and petition opposing the proposed Whippoorwill Lane Extension Project. The Board would like to present this petition at the next County Commissioner’s Meeting. Please stay tuned for more details and updates.
Fining & Grievance Committee
Architectural Review Committee – We are still looking for a few more qualified volunteers to sit on the Architectural Review Board. All exterior improvements, additions, modifications, decorations or alterations to a home shall be reviewed by and have written approval by the ARB. If you have an interest, please email and your name will be submitted to the Board for review.
New Residents & Renters Meet & Greet
If you are a new resident and/or renter, we are hoping you will be able to join our “Welcome Committee Team”, Property Manager Kym and Lifestyle Director, Mindy for our casual “Meet and Greet” next Thursday. Welcome Committee members will be there to answer any questions you have and to learn more about your new community and the many events and activities we offer our residents.

On February 19th, Advanced Roofing began roof inspections and annual maintenance of the condo roofs.
Phase 1 of the 2019 landscape program began this week. This is the first of the 4 phases planned for 2019 for the condos.
Please make sure you come into the Administration Office to pay for any events you have booked. Many events are selling out fast. Payment is confirmation of your reservation.
Parking shall be permitted only on driveways, inside garages or in areas specifically designated as “Parking Areas” by the Association, which is Laguna Circle. No parking on streets or swales is permitted. Single family homeowners and their guests are allowed to park on the street until 11 pm. Anyone parking on the street after 11 pm should contact the Guard on duty at 239-213-1338 or risk being towed.
Condo Owners – Parking on the street or across the sidewalk, blocking the driveway, the fire hydrant or the mailbox is prohibited.
Please note, marked service vehicles may park on the street while performing services on a unit.

Please come to a complete STOP at all stop signs. That applies to bicycle riders too, who must obey all traffic laws. Thank you for your cooperation.
