Community Updates & Reminders – 5/15/2020

Clubhouse Amenity Updates:

The clubhouse pool, tennis courts, outdoor basketball court & pickleball are now open with Phase 1 Guidelines in place.  Please note, the clubhouse, fitness center and playground are closed until further notice.See Attached Phase 1 Guidelines.

If you need to contact the office personnel, please call or email only.  The clubhouse is closed until further notice.

Landscaping Updates

Cord Grass and Fakahatchee grasses are being cut back to ground for seasonal pruning.  Please note the hard cut backs of hibiscus are being done.  This prolongs the life of the plant and allows the plant to maintain its vigor and thickness.

The pruning team is currently pruning the condo buildings and will  be moving to the East section of Marbella Lane the week of 05/18/20.

Due to the SFWMD Order, water restrictions are in place & the irrigation clocks have been reduced to two days per week.   

 

Maintenance and Landscaping Requests

All requests for maintenance or landscaping should be submitted through the Marbella Lakes website at www.marbellalakeshoa.com to ensure your request is handled promptly. 

 

Ladder in Maintenance Shed

We have a 32 ft. extension ladder missing from our maintenance shed.  If someone borrowed, please return ASAP.

 

Condo Updates:

Algaecide Roof Treatment

Crown Roofing is planning to complete the roof cleaning/algaecide treatment today.  They may have to come back on Monday to finish a few of the buildings if the rain does not subside today.

Just a reminder, if you haven’t done so already, please fill out the Emergency Key holder form and return to Kym at your earliest convenience.
