Clubhouse Amenity Updates:
The HOA Board must follow certain legal requirements to reopen the amenities. We are working as quickly as possible to comply with the requirements and put the required protocols in place for the Phase 1, opening of the amenities. The Board anticipates being able to open the amenities soon. Thank you for patience and cooperation.

Due to the SFWMD Order, water restrictions are in place & the irrigation clocks have been reduced to two days per week.
The pruning team is currently pruning Marbella Drive and will be moving to Monterey Point the week of 5/1/2020.
Maintenance and Landscaping Requests
All requests for maintenance or landscaping should be submitted through the Marbella Lakes website at www.marbellalakeshoa.com to ensure your request is handled promptly.
All vehicles parked on Laguna Circle must have a visitor’s pass on the dashboard or a Marbella Lakes bar code. Vehicles parked without a visible visitor’s pass on the dashboard or a Marbella Lakes bar code are subject to being towed.
Algaecide Roof Treatment begins Monday
Crown Roofing will be on site, Monday morning, May 4th – May 8th, weather permitting, to begin a soft wash of the tile roofs along with an algaecide treatment for all of the condo buildings.
They will begin at building 6552 and will work their way down the streets. If you have any potted plants, you may want to move them, due to possible overspray.
