COMMUNITY UPDATES

Condo Owners – Advanced Roofing will be on site on Monday, February 18th for the annual roof inspections.  There is no need to be home but  wanted to let you know they will be inspecting roofs, should you see their vehicles and staff on site. 

 

CONDO OWNERS – Save the Date– Annual Meeting – 2/25/19 @ 6:00 pm!

If you do not plan to attend the Annual Meeting, please fill out a proxy and return to or you can drop off at the Clubhouse.

A Proxy is required to conduct the Annual Meeting.  The quorum for the Membership (51%) is a total of 105 units represented either in person or by proxy. If you are unable to attend, please be sure to return your proxy in order to establish a quorum.

If you need a proxy form, there are extras located outside of the Administration Office. 

 

Pickle Ball Players – please adhere to the hours posted so that other’s coming to play after times posted can enjoy the court amenities as well.  Thank you for your cooperation.

Seasonal Pickle Ball Hours:

Tuesday – 9 am – 12 pm

Wednesday – 9 am – 12 pm

Thursday – 9 am – 12 pm

Saturday – 9 am – 12 pm

 

Landscaping

Greenscapes is finishing up the clean up of the South Berm and should be completed by Monday due to the setback in weather yesterday. 

 

Fresh Catch Fish Truck Coupon

The Fresh Catch Fish Truck will be in the Clubhouse Parking lot from 1 pm – 3 pm tomorrow (2/15/19).  Stop by the Administration Office to pick up a 10% off Coupon for ALL SALMON – Fresh or Frozen.

 

Indoor Sports Court – Closed Saturday

The indoor sports court will be closed all day on Saturday (2/16) for clubhouse activities and will reopen on Sunday (2/17).

 

Speed Limit

This is your weekly REMINDER, the posted SPEED LIMIT for our community is 20 MPHPlease come to a complete STOP at all stop signs.

 

Lost & Found

Homeowners are encouraged to check the lost and found for items believed to be lost.  Stop by the Administration Office and we can check for you.  Someone just turned in a Kindle found on the sidewalk on Marbella Lane if someone is missing it.
