Marbella Drive/Whippoorwill Road Extension Landscaping Survey  

In April 2019 the County voted to approve the extension of Marbella Lakes Drive and Whippoorwill Road. The project is expected to begin in the fall of 2021. The HOA Board has been working with the Collier County Public Transit & Neighborhood Enhancement Department (PTNE) to design a Survey for property owners to complete on the Marbella Lakes Website. The Survey was designed to answer many of your questions and to determine the interest of Marbella Lakes owners in pursuing potential landscape and lighting enhancements to the new roadway. Your cooperation in completing the Survey is important and appreciated by the Board. Future informational meetings are being planned.

Condo Updates:

Notice of Annual Fire Sprinkler Inspection- Thursday, March 19th from 8:30 am – 4:00 pm

It’s that time of year again.  We are due for our annual fire sprinkler inspection for all the condo units.  This is a Collier County safety requirement, so we need as many residents as possible to participate.  Wayne Fire will need to go into each room equipped with a sprinkler, including the garage. 

We will begin at building 6665 and then proceed to building 6502 and work our way around the condo buildings.  Thank you for your cooperation. 

 

Landscaping Updates

The pruning team is currently pruning Marbella Drive and will be moving to Monterey Point the week of 3/23/2020.

Maintenance and Landscaping Requests

All requests for maintenance or landscaping should be submitted through the Marbella Lakes website at www.marbellalakeshoa.com to ensure your request is handled promptly. 

 

Fitness Committee Updates

We are in the process of updating the Comcast TV remotes and upgrading our service to include ESPN and other popular stations.  We have an emergency 911 phone and defibrillator outside the fitness center on the wall that houses the clock.  These were all concerns from the suggestion box that was placed in the Fitness Center.  Although this is not part of the scope of the committee, we are pleased that your voices have been heard and action has been taken.
