COMMUNITY UPDATES:

Plants Stolen at Clubhouse Parking Lot

An unknown party removed plant inventory located in front of the Clubhouse on 4/3/19.   This is the 3rd time this has occurred.   If you have any information, please contact the Property Manager, .  Replacement of plant inventory affects costs for all of us.   

There will be a reward for information which assists in resolving these issues.   Any information received will be held in the strictest confidence.

 

Spa at Clubhouse

There is a white sponge ball located in the skimmer in the spa.  Please DO NOT remove from the spa.  This helps clean and absorb oils/sunscreens that are in the water.  Thank you for your cooperation.

Landscaping Maintenance / Trimming for Single Family Homes

Single Family homeowner owners shall be responsible for the periodic replacement, when necessary, of trees, shrubs, plants, grass and other vegetation which are located on such Owner’s lot. 

The Owners Association amended the landscaping contract in 2018 regarding trimming.  Maintenance of any shrubs, trees, privacy hedges and/or landscaping which is not part of the original standard installation by the Developer, is and shall be the sole responsibility of the current Owner of such lot.  You may obtain a quote from Greenscape’s, use a landscaper of your choice, or perform your own trimming. 

 

CONDO OWNERS:

Dryer Vent Cleaning Schedule

Southwest Florida Dryer Vent Cleaning are currently cleaning the dryer vents.  Work will begin each morning at 8:30am. There will be 2 technicians cleaning at the same time. Please refer to the schedule below to see when your building is scheduled. Cleaning time for each unit is expected to be 20 minutes. Prior to the technicians’ arrival, please clear the laundry area so the technician will have room to work. Work should be completed each day by 12:00pm.

Monday, April 8 – 6536, 6537, 6540 Monterey Point

Tuesday, April 9 – 6541, 6544, 6545 Monterey Point

Wednesday, April 10 – 6548, 6549, 6552 Monterey Point

Mailboxes

A big “Thank You” to Peter Whiteley, Condo Treasurer, for taking on the maintenance of our mailboxes.   Peter’s efforts saved the condo association money and we are grateful.

 

Fire Sprinkler Inspection

Wayne Fire recently inspected the sprinklers in the units to which they had access.  Necessary repairs will begin shortly.  I will provide an update when a date has been scheduled.

 

Paver Repairs – Condo’s

We are awaiting a date from Bastos Pavers to begin paver repairs throughout the condos.  I will provide an update when a date has been scheduled.

Speed Limit

This is your weekly REMINDER, the posted SPEED LIMIT for our community is 20 MPH. Please respect our community and drive carefully.  Also, please remind guests and visitors to be mindful of the posted speed limits.  This applies to bicycle riders too, who must obey all traffic laws.
