“No Whippoorwill Extension” petition (

This weekend is the last weekend you will able to sign the petition.  If you have not signed it, please log on to website to sign electronically or stop by the Clubhouse (outside of the admin office) to sign the hard copy.

Reminder:  The County Commissioner Meeting is on April 9th.  We encourage everyone to attend.  As soon as we have a confirmed time of the meeting from the County, we will send out a notice to all residents.

Dryer Vent Cleaning Scheduled beginning Monday, April 1st

Southwest Florida Dryer Vent Cleaning will be cleaning the dryer vents at the condo’s beginning on Monday, April 1st through Thursday, April 11th.  Work will begin cleaning each morning at 8:30am. There will be 2 technicians cleaning at the same time. Please refer to the schedule below to see when your building is scheduled. Cleaning time for each unit is expected to be 20 minutes. Prior to the technicians’ arrival, please clear the laundry area so the technician will have room to work. Work should be completed each day by 12:00pm.

Paver Repairs – Condo’s

We are awaiting a date from Bastos Pavers to begin paver repairs throughout the condos.  I will provide an update when a date has been scheduled.

Window Washing

We are awaiting a date from the Window Cleaning Company to begin the cleaning of the condo windows.  We should have an update next week and will notify everyone of dates and when work will be scheduled.

Tow Company for the Condos

The BOD’s is in the process of changing towing companies for the condos.   We will provide an update when changes have been made.

Sprinkler Inspection Completed

The sprinkler inspection has been completed on accessible units.  Repairs cited in the report have been authorized by the Board.



Pool Furniture and Umbrella’s at Community Pool

Just a reminder, when using the community pool, if you move any of the furniture, (tables, chairs, umbrellas) please place them back to their original location before you leave, as well as put the umbrella’s down so they do not break.   Thank you very much for your cooperation. 

Speed Limit

This is your weekly REMINDER, the posted SPEED LIMIT for our community is 20 MPH. Please respect our community and drive carefully.  Also, please remind guests and visitors to be mindful of the posted speed limits.  This applies to bicycle riders too, who must obey all traffic laws.
