COMMUNITY UPDATES

 

Tennis Courts

The tennis court resurfacing project has been completed and will be reopened tomorrow morning.  They have finished the lines and will be rolling the courts one more time this evening. They will be open in the morning and ready for play!   They look GREAT!

 

Landscaping Updates

Berm cleanup on Marbella Drive and Del Mar Terrace has begun and should be completed by the end of next week.  Greenscapes is currently  trimming the ornamental grasses and cleaning the berm banks. 

The next IPM application is scheduled for the week of 10/28/19.

Fall annuals will be installed by the end of the week.  

 

Condo Updates

There will be vacancies on the Condo Board for 2020.  If you have an interest, please submit your intent to run, no later than November 7, 2019.

 

The is still have time to register your vote.  On 10/30/19, the Document Amendment votes will be counted.    All votes will be entered into the drawing for (3) prizes.  The drawing will take place immediately following the announcement of the results.  

Marbella Lakes Condo Association Special Meeting

On 11/6/19, power washing condo gutters, eaves, soffits, lower roof tiles as needed, light rinse of screen porch panels and A/C pads will begin.

 

The speed bumps have been ordered for the Monterey Point Condo streets and installation will begin shortly.

 

Save the Date – MAR Owners Association Budget Meeting for 2020

November 12, 2019 @ 5:30 pm. 

2020 proposed budget & Notice will be mailed to all homeowners prior to meeting.

 

Indoor Sports Court

The Sports Court will be closed Thursday, October 31st and will reopen Sunday, November 3rd due to various club activities planned.

 

Marbella Food Drive
There is a box in our lobby for a food drive that
only runs through the month of October.
This drive will benefit the hungry, homeless needy and forgotten of Collier County. Please drop off much needed non-perishable food items. PROTEIN is what is most needed, cans of tuna, beans, peanut butter. Let’s fill our box to overflowing as we
open our hearts to those less fortunate than ourselves!

 

Out of Office – Property Mgr.
