Landscaping Updates

The pruning team is currently pruning the West section of Marbella Lane and will be moving to Del Mar Terrace next week.

Mowing service has moved to every other week for the winter months.

Greenscapes will pick up landscape trimmings Monday through Wednesday if you place them by the road.  Please do not place by the road except for these days.  Thank you in advance.

Plant and turf fertilization is scheduled community wide, 1/14 – 1/16/2020.

 

Maintenance and Landscaping Requests

All requests for maintenance or landscaping should be submitted through the Marbella Lakes website at www.marbellalakeshoa.com to ensure your request is handled promptly. 

 

Marbella Lakes Owners Association Annual Meeting/Election for 2020

January 23, 2020 @ 5:30 pm

Ballots have been mailed to all homeowners. 

A ballot station is set up outside the Administration Office with voting instructions, ballots for both the condo and single family home candidates, along with the candidate bio’s for those that would like to vote in advance of the meeting.

Please Note:  Single Family Homeowners can only vote for 3 single family home candidates and Condo Unit Owners can only vote for 2 Condo Unit Candidates.  Please make sure you use the correct ballot when voting.

Place the ballot into the small envelope, seal it and then place the small envelope into the larger Ballot Return Envelope.  Fill out the address information on the front of the envelope and sign.  You can mail your ballot, drop off your ballot in the ballot drop off box located inside the Clubhouse or bring with you to the meeting on January 23rd

 

Pressure Cleaning

The surrounding property wall is scheduled to be cleaned next week, 1/16/19 & 1/17/19.

Condo Eugenia Trees

There are some declining Eugenia trees in the condo area that need to be replaced.  We will be taking out the tree’s but they will not be replaced until after our roof inspection in March.  The reason is to protect them from the chemicals used in the roof cleaning process.

Pool Reminders:

Pool Hours:  The pool areas are open from Dawn to Dusk.  This is a Collier County Rule.  Dusk is defined as one half hour before sunset.  In no event later than 9 pm.

Please remember to place your chairs back to their original location if you move them.  If you are using an umbrella, please remember to lower and secure before leaving.  Thank you in advance.

 

Community Safety

Please STOP at all stop signs. Many are witnessing cars not stopping at the North End of Montery Point as well as the stop sign by the tennis courts.  For the safety of all in the community, we ask for your cooperation. 

 

The speed limit is 20 mph.  Thank you in advance for abiding by the speed limit.  Our community has now doubled in size with Season in full swing.  If we all do our part, we will continue to keep our community safe.
