Board Meeting Updates:
- The Board approved the amended budget for 3rd and 4th quarter due to the cancellation of the bulk agreement/contract with Comcast.
- The assessments will be reduced by $170.00 for 3rd & 4th quarter
- Single Family Homes revised quarterly pymt – $910.00
- Condo Owners revised quarterly pymt – $565.00
- Each homeowner will be receiving new coupon books in the mail.
- NOTE: Homeowners with autopay set-up will need to contact GRS Mgt and/or their bank to adjust their payment amount. GRS Phone # (561) 641-8554.
The BOD’s approved the following projects/proposals scheduled for this summer.
- Pool Resurfacing of the pool is scheduled for this summer in mid June. Approximate time the pool will be closed is 3-4 weeks.
- Tennis Court Resurfacing is scheduled for this summer. Once a date has been scheduled, I will let you know.
- Tree Trimming of palms/hardwoods is scheduled to be done in May for the community.
- Greenscapes Proposals to replace declining plants on the main entrance road have been approved.
Indoor Sports Court
The indoor sports court will be closed on Friday and will reopen late Saturday afternoon.
