There is a ballot station set up at the Clubhouse if you would like to fill out your ballot in advance and drop off the ballot box located outside of the Admin Office. You can also mail your ballot to the address on your ballot envelope.
Landscaping Updates:
The pruning team are currently pruning common area hedges and will be starting on on Marbella Lane the week of 1/25/21.
Please note that there will be leaf drop on Jatropha and other sensitive plant material due to the cooler temperatures.
Turf has gone dormant due to cooler temps and growth rate has slowed down. This can cause the turf to have a pale look to it in some sections.
Quarter 1 Fertilization for plant and turf has been completed.
Maintenance and Landscaping Requests
All requests for maintenance or landscaping should be submitted through the Marbella Lakes website at www.marbellalakeshoa.com to ensure your request is handled promptly. Emergency Irrigation Hotline phone number: 239-643-4471.
Condo Owners:
Pressure washing continues for the driveway/walkways in the condos. They will clean one side of the street at a time, working their way around the circle.
If you have your car in your driveway when they are on your street, please move your vehicle to Laguna Circle or place in your garage so they can access.

MARBELLA LAKES CLUBHOUSE AMENITIES –COVID 19 – RESIDENTS ONLY
Clubhouse House Hours – 7 am – 10 pm
Face Masks Required in the Clubhouse
Fitness Center Hours 5 am – 10 pm
Shoes & Shirts are required when using the fitness center! No exceptions.
Face Masks Required Indoors for Fitness Center, Pickleball, and Basketball. Sanitizing of all areas-including equipment, before and after usage will be required by the users. There are disinfectant/sanitizing wipes in the fitness center in buckets on the floor. The dispenser wipes located on the walls are on back order due to COVID. Please disinfect and sanitize the equipment after each use. Thank you for doing your part.
Pool Hours – Sunrise to Sunset
Entry into the Pool Area will remain only through the EAST and WEST gates. No entry will be allowed through the building which will control the amount of traffic.
Please use every other chair unless you are with family for social distancing.
Children’s playground – Open
Pickleball – Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday
9:00 am – 10:30 am – Beginner/Intermediate
10:30 am – 12:00 pm – Advanced/Intermediate
Indoor basketball court will be reserved for Pickleball.
Tennis Court Hours – 7:00 am – 10:00 pm
USAGE OF THE ALL AMENITIES IS AT YOUR OWN RISK
In all areas – SOCIAL DISTANCING IS REQUIRED when applicable.

Clubhouse Pool:
To help ensure a pleasant experience for all, please put chairs, tables and umbrellas back where you found them and clean up after yourself at the end of the day. Please make sure umbrellas are put down before you leave so they do not get damaged in the event of afternoon winds or storms.
One last reminder… Please do not “block open” any doors or gates within the Clubhouse area. This is strictly against the Rules and Regulations of the Governing Documents and again defeats the efforts of securing the Community.

Pet Owners – When walking your pets, please make sure all pets are on a leash no longer than 6 ft & pick up dog waste and dispose of it properly. We are beginning to see a lot of pet waste that is not being picked up and disposed of properly. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Your neighbors will appreciate your due diligence.
Speed Limit – The posted SPEED LIMIT for our community is 20 MPH. You must STOP at all Stop Signs. Please respect our community and drive carefully. Also, please remind guests and visitors to be mindful of the posted speed limits. This applies to bicycle riders too, who must obey all traffic laws.
