Just a reminder pressure washing of the driveways/walkways begins tomorrow, January 14th.

Gulfshore Insurance, our insurance company, has provided us with a Condominium vs. Unit Owner Insurance Responsibilities sheet, which we are passing on to you. Please be aware that the association does not have flood
The phones are back up and running at the Gatehouse and Clubhouse.
Centurylink has reported outage in the area that they are currently working on. We may have sporadic outages until the problem is corrected by Centurylink.
