IAS insurance inspectors will be conducting attic inspection next week on Thursday and Friday ( Nov. 16th and 17th ). This is part of the Post- Irma damage assessments and we would ask all second floor Home Owners to provide access to your units on these days. If you have a current key on file with the Association please verify that you give consent for entry of your Home for the purpose of access to the attic area.

This is an initial Notice and we will be providing updated information on scheduling next week. I am hopeful we will be able to provide a “block of time” for each Bldg. to limit inconvenience to our residents. Even if you have had no signs of water intrusion in your Unit, It is vital that we access as many attics as possible to inspect for leaks and or moisture to prevent future issues.

If you would like to provide a key for the Association to keep on file, you may drop the keys in the Clubhouse drop box or at the Gate house. Please place keys in a sealed envelope with your Name, Address and contact information ( Cell and or email address). The Association maintains a lock box with resident keys for just such occasions.

Further updates will be forthcoming. We have one hundred and four upstairs units, so Please do not call the office with individual questions regarding this matter until we have posted the update and schedule on the Marbella website.
